The dishes are very delicate. Bloody delicious fish with cauliflower cream! Very crispy and juicy duck skin. It's really worth giving this restaurant a try as the chef and staff pay great attention to the details of dishes, creativity, and dining experience.

Everything about this place is great. Friendly and professional staffs, great atmosphere, very unique selection of seasonal menu and I just love how they have great control on amount of customers in the restaurant. Excellent food exclusively made with locally sourced ingredients in Taiwan. Very very authentic. This place is highly recommended to anyone from overseas!!! Come and have a taste you ll never regret. Hidden in the alley in the West District, Tu Pang is a unique place to dine. Owner/chef is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about local ingredients, and dedicated to promoting seasonal and regional harvests and fresh catches. The restaurant is cozy and food is good, and at thee d of the meal, chef/owner will come out from the kitchen and share his philosophy and story for the food he designed for the guests. There’s always something new about this place, and always some new knowledge to take home with a satisfied meal.
