West District, Taichung City｜中興素食自助餐

Wonderful ovo-vegetarian buffet place, one of the better ones in Taichung. It's by the end of the creek, with a decent selection of items to choose from. Lunch time was packed with people, most of whom were getting take outs. Eggs were available. For ~$100 a meal, it was really amazing. One stand out was the ginger, which was dipped in a special sauce, and unlike most ginger that are hard to chew and rough on the palate, theirs was very crispy and not spicy.

Amazing buffet of food to choose from and a friendly family running it. Very central location too!

Very good, tasty and affordable. I will come back.
