Good, authentic Vietnamese coffee on a nice quiet little street. The staff are smiley and welcoming. You can get some food here and although I haven't tried it myself, my Canadian friend swears by the spring roll noodles. For seating you can take a seat outside when the weather is nice, or hang out inside, where there are outlets if you'd like to do some work on your laptop when its raining or one of those unbearably humid Kaohsiung afternoons.
