Very rare authentic Taiwanese home cooking inside a uniquely decorated Taiwanese home. Fun experience!! Must try!! Fixed menu. Very good price $350/person for two with 5 dishes and 1 soup. The owner is a young family where the husband is a self taught chef. They’re both super friendly, and welcome you in like you’re entering their home. Chef is incredibly humorous, even comes out to chat with you, and share his story with you.

Very impressive grannie’s style of Taiwanese cuisine. You can tell the chef really spend lots of efforts on what he serves. The whole experience of having dinner here is really comfortable and cozy, just like pop into a friend’s flat. Will absolutely visit here more. Do book a table before your visiting!!!

I booked through Facebook (with very clear and obvious instructions), turned up at the right time, and, despite the language barrier, had a lovely evening. The food is not 'restaurant' food, it is the type of thing you would expect at home, nothing so salted as you might expect in a normal place, this is staple food with no pretension. You won't go hungry, with extras offered should you somehow still have space in your belly. It was 450 per person, and no tips were accepted.
