Annan District, Tainan City｜水河伯50年代古早豆花

水河伯 (ShuiHeBo) is well known for its traditional DouHua (soybean 'tofu' pudding, 豆花) served in a nice chilled stone bawl. Though the DouHua itself is not sweet, but the added side(s) is sweet enough to provide a very balanced taste. My personal favorite sides are red beans and soft peanuts! I you do get a chance to visit Tainan, this is a must stop place!

The bean curd is rich and delicious, the grass jelly is also good, and the indoor dining environment and service are great!
