Ordered the tuna egg salad, highly recommended. It's rare to eat fluffy and not soft salad eggs. The humidity of the salad is just right, and the chewy texture of the protein is looming in your mouth. The rich tuna with mayonnaise is even better. I thought it would be boring when paired with salad eggs, but on the contrary, the black peppercorns made every bite a surprise. The thing I can't put down the most is the puff pastry crust.
