By far one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve eaten in Taiwan! Specifically made this trip down to Nantou from Vancouver, Canada and then Taipei because of the recommendation by friends and family! The Lanzhou beef noodles and pig intestine soup is very worth ordering if you want to try something different from the usual soy sauce beef noodles in Taiwan! Cold noodles were good too, similar to Korean nangmyeon!
