Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City｜老攤碳烤．鹽酥雞

This place has the best tempera that I've found in all of Taoyuan. It's just a little off the beaten path. Try up everything fresh and they've got a great spice mix. They have skewers of meat that are pretty good, they've got chicken patties that are better than good, and the normal selection of street food. I come here just for the tempera. It's worth the detour.

Crispy chicken, dried tofu... are all marinated so the flavor emanates from the inside out after deep frying. The homemade barbecue chili sauce is delicious. This boss is the second generation and very attentive. You can call to make a reservation to avoid waiting too long.
