Taitung City, Taitung County｜阿蘭米苔目

This was as hole in the wall as you can get, on your hunt for Mi Tai Mu (米苔目)! Stumbled upon it in the middle of a morning fruit and meat market, just a couple tables and the cook. Got both soup and sauce versions of the dish, and both were great. Add vinegar to the sauce version after giving it a taste - chef’s kiss! The noodles are made by the chef’s brother. Definitely coming back if I ever find myself in Taitung again!

Good things are found in small lanes. Incredible I must say, can't fault it.
