Best pho in Yilan city. Obviously, the beef in Taiwan can't compare to the US, but the broth here is good. I've tried at least 4 pho resturant in Yilan and this was the 5th one. This is my go-to spot in Yilan for a bowl of Pho. The owner is very knowledeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place! A++
