Wow. The Pho here is so good. One of the best I’ve had in a long time. They give you a good portion of rice noodles and the soup has a smooth aromatic flavor. Not sweet. We also had the lettuce wrap, which was healthy and delicious. Great pho in Tainan!! I will definitely come back.
