I found a small store by chance and ordered "Crispy Fire-Toasted Bread" (80 yuan). The French bread on the outside is toasted, warm and crispy. Inside is baked crispy pork, cucumber strips 🥒, cold pickled radish, shredded carrots, some coriander and topped with hot sauce. The crispy pork is very crispy and fragrant, and the slightly spicy chili sauce is paired with crispy radish and cucumber, so the overall taste is very refreshing, but the portion is not much. I will come back for other breads if I have the opportunity.
