Taitung City, Taitung County｜湘記水餃飯麵

Had an amazing noodle soup (recommending the thicker ramen noodles), together with a nicely roasted chicken thigh and some well flavored veggies. Absolutely and totally recommendable! :) Very similar to the (chicken) soups I'm used to in Germany - well balanced regarding the salt and fat amount (had some soups /dishes being way too low in salt during my travel so far, at least for my german tongue :P ), the amount of veggies and the pricing, for my dish in total about 90 to 140 TWD, which is absolutely fine for the served level of deliciousness. Love it! :3 __________ Edit: They also have a very kind, well English speaking waiter (thanks again man!), so it's even a good place to stay when being from abroad (though I had my Taiwanese girlfriend with me, so no issues anyway)! Gonna come back when I'm in town again, that's for sure! ;) I'll. Be. Back. 😎

Delicious and large quantity! Super worth it!

The dried pork trotter noodles are great value for money, especially the amount of pork trotters.
