Zhongli District, Taoyuan City｜八方雲集中壢海華店

I've been to this restaurant 2 times already and loved everything I tried. The bowl of sour soup is enormous (and tasty!), dumplings are juicy and I absolutely fell in love with the potstickers. I also really liked seeing the stuff make the dumplings just next to us - it's great to know what you're getting is super fresh and not frozen. 6 stars.
