It looks like a sponge cake on the outside, but it is actually very soft and dense! Delicious souffle can see the pastry chef's intentions! The blueberry tart is great too! The tapini is filled with custard fillings, sweet but not greasy! It even sets off the blueberry sauce just right! There are at least 10 fresh blueberries! real stuff! The baked goods are very good and tasty in a delicate way . I'm not a bread, bun, pastry kinda person, but everytime I walk in I feel like I need to buy something, cause they all look so good and smell incredible. My fav so far are the sea salt butter rolls, hazelnut cinnamon bun, peanut butter french toast, and the lemon cake.
