Yilan City, Yilan County｜Plum: Healthy Breakfast

My favourite place for a quick Yilan breakfast, the food is homemade and delicious, the soy milk is also homemade and almost nutty it's so flavourful. To boot the owners are the friendliest I've come across - brightens my day to swing by at least a couple of mornings a week!

I wish I discover this 3 years ago when I first move back to yilan. My mom has been telling me this place that make healthy breakfast, but I didn’t listen, thinking it’s those store claim that’s healthy but still full of bad stuff. This is the store that bum skin does not add any drop of sugar, no bleach starch, it’s the BEST for people like me- home made, great selections, even their soy milk, grain milk and almond milk with no sugar at all.
