Best scallion I have tried so far from my 4th trip to Taiwan. Filled with scallions and it's crispy, not so oily. What I love is it's serve it hot. Highly recommended for anyone that love scallions!👍🏻

One of the best scallion fried pancake there is on Earth. This Keelung version is a little thicker, and adding a frying egg on top is a heavenly plate. The place might not look like much, but it got its own neighborhood vibe to it. Do not expect any restaurant elements, but expect a superb line up. No English menu, just point on whatever you see people are eating. Must try if you are up exploring the city early.

Their scallion pancake is really good and you can see that the pancake is stuffed with scallions. The service is decent but you often have to wait in line to purchase it.
