The shaobing is highly recommended. The sauerkraut used as a stuffing is really nice. Other places make it so sweet (☹️) so it was great to find the opposite here. I personally loved the eggs inside as well. The flatbread (shaobing) is on the dry side, but overall, it’s still VERY good. If I lived in the neighborhood, I’d come back to eat it often. There is a variety of baos (buns). My favorite was the radish/pork filled one. The others were mediocre (just pork one and the cabbage/glass noodles one.) I can eat that radish bao again and again. Finally, their soy sauce is just PERFECTLY salty and sour. They should bottle and sell it. I’d definitely buy it. Overall meal cost (shaobing & 3 baos) was $81. Wow.

Their spicy pickle crispy pancake with egg is a must have for first timer here. Other selections all very good. So inexpensive this is a great charity to the locals! Amazing and unbelievable!
