I found a temporary breakfast shop near a MRT station. There was the day's newspaper on the table inside, as well as disinfectant alcohol. The boss greets guests cordially and chats with regular customers. The environment is historic but clean. I like this old shop full of human touch. I ordered the smoked egg burger ($45) and a small cup of iced soy milk ($15). The burger skin was grilled and it was very crispy when you bite it. The soy milk stated that it was ground in-house and had a slight sweetness that was very smooth. All in all highly recommended :)
