Xinshi District, Tainan City｜南科豆漿大王

We visited Xinshi for the first time in January this year. After the pastor of a nearby church took us here to eat once, we fell in love with the late-night snacks here. This time I came again and ordered black soybean milk, sesame seed pancakes with green onions and eggs, and fried steamed buns. I highly recommend their sesame cakes. As you can see in the photo, they are handmade by their store. The aunt sits in front of the stove, turning them over one by one, and bakes them until they are puffy, until the skin turns golden brown, and then takes them out. Cut it in half; put a tender fried green onion egg inside, so crispy and delicious! The black soy milk is also delicious. I took it out of the refrigerator. It is slightly sweet and has a bean flavor. The fried buns are stuffed with cabbage, not pork. Before leaving, I also brought egg tarts, pineapple bread, and shortcakes for tomorrow's breakfast. Next time I come to Xinshi, I will eat here again!
