A short ride from Taipei City, this place has plenty of parkings shared among several restaurants. We book private room 103 for eight and our order was served within 15 minutes. My favorite were the scallion chicken, garlic oyster, and fry ice cream. I also took home 3 dishes for dinner. The price is reasonable and the portions are huge.
