Xiulin Township, Hualien County｜素食義賣

Six stars for atmosphere - eating anything halfway up a beautiful mountain is a great experience! The noodle soups were very good, and so was the sesame milk. Skip the touristy, busy spots down below and seek out the Buddhists - it's worth the steps for the tranquil dining far above the gorge.
