Yancheng District, Kaohsiung City｜Xiu Yu Breakfast Restaurant

This is my favorite breakfast restaurant in Taiwan. The soymilk is fresh and delicious, better than even the better reviewed Tainji Soymilk nearby, and their danbing (Taiwanese crepes) are outstanding. The sweet soy sauce they put on it reminds me of having syrup on my omelette and pancakes for Breakfast in America, but with an Asian twist. The burgers are better than anything you can get from McDonald's in the morning, but the fried chicken burger really stands out. Definitely ask for their hot sauce if you like spicy food, it really kicks it up a notch.

The most recommended is Xiuyu’s fresh omelette, which is very delicious. There are also a variety of prepared sandwiches. I drink fresh milk soy milk and fresh milk tea most often, both of which are traditional and traditional. The boss lady’s relatives are open all year round, so it’s highly recommended!
