Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City｜Yinghua Breakfast Restaurant

The day before I took the night train from Taipei to Kaohsiung, I Googled to see what delicious breakfasts are near the station. The evaluation of this restaurant was much higher than the vegetable omelette introduced by the player next door, so I decided to eat this restaurant. It turned out that the choice was right. ! I ordered the cabbage omelette, an old-fashioned powdered omelet wrapped in chopped cabbage, soft and not greasy, with the sweetness of cabbage and spicy sauce, it tastes better. The coffee milk is also different from the general taste of coffee in Taipei breakfast shops. Stronger flavor is recommended👍

非常好吃 很道地的味道！Danping in general is already my favorite taiwanese breakfast dish and I’m quite picky about it, but their danping is just another level. They use homemade dough that they cook freshly unlike other merchants, which makes the textures more chewy. Love their soybean milk as well, not too sweet nor too thick. And the last but not the least is their hospitality, the laobanniang is very kind, friendly, and would love to explain the menu and give recommendations. Definitely gonna come back here!

Lovely Taiwanese egg crepe (think French toast but using thin pancakes). We tried the cabbage pancake and the cheese. Both were good. Owners were super friendly. They don't have an English menu but we just pointed to what other people were having!
