The meat is not synthetically prepared like outside, but chopped from meat sold in the vegetable market! I also make the egg pancakes myself and fry them. If I don’t order the egg pancakes earlier, usually all the egg pancakes will be sold out around 9 o’clock. The meat is not fried, but fried in a pan. It is definitely not rice noodles! Instead, just fry it directly. It won’t taste hard, it will be very tender and quite thick! Although there are tables, it is quite crowded with only two or three people inside.
