By the standards of chain breakfast restaurants, Morning Kitchen’s carrot cake is outstanding. The dipping sauce in this shop is soy sauce paste. Compared with the garlic soy sauce used as dipping sauce in the north, the soy sauce paste cannot perfectly present the aroma of radish cake. The hash browns at breakfast restaurants are usually over-fried and the heat is not controlled well enough to ruin a piece of the pancake, so I almost only eat hash browns from McDonald's. I tried this hash brown today, and I can say that I have found an alternative to McDonald's. The surface of the fried hash brown is golden, and it will fall apart when you touch it lightly, revealing the potato kernels inside. It is not dry or hard. It has a greasy taste, and you can enjoy the aroma of potatoes by eating it directly without dipping into the sauce. The toast was a bit off, the chocolate sauce was spread too thin, which was today's downfall. The English milk tea is pretty good, not too sweet, fragrant and delicious.
