I waited at the scene for 40 minutes and the meal was not yet available. I finally got the meal. However, the noodles were not cooked yet. When I went to respond, I was not given a refund. The back-office staff even said fiercely that the noodles were not yet cooked and that they could just be cooked. I was forced to wait for 20 minutes, and it took more than an hour to eat noodles.
