More Comments at Google MapI couldn't find anything to eat in the middle of the night. When I turned to Chenggong Road, I saw Xinghua with a warm yellow light. I thought that the ramen soup should be warm, so I came in for dinner. There are 5 or 6 tables in the store, and the table is a bit lonely. The boss also reminded you that the tableware needs to be taken by yourself, and there are seasonings and boiling water next to it👍👍 This time, because of the promotion, I ordered truffle ramen ($200) and miso ramen ($129), and added a pickle ($30) as a side dish The ingredients of the truffle ramen are very rich. There are three pieces of chicken char siu, two half-boiled eggs and dried bamboo shoots. The chicken char siu is thick enough and there are traces of burning on the surface. The boss has handled it with care! The yolk of the soft-boiled egg is rich and mellow, and it really is the core soul of ramen! The taste of dried bamboo shoots is soft and delicious, but I prefer crisper ones😂 Then for some reason, I felt that the truffle soup tasted the same as the qiaota soup, with a strong mushroom flavor (?, but it was delicious! I drank up the soup Another bowl of miso ramen has two slices of pork char siu and kelp sprouts, and the ingredients are less. The miso soup has a light yellow miso aroma, which is good to drink, but compared to truffles, the truffle soup has more layers😊 The soup in this shop is generally very rich, and you may feel a little salty at the end of the drink. There is boiled water next to it to relieve the saltiness in your mouth! If you feel that the ingredients are not enough or if you feel that you are not satisfied with the ingredients you like, you can also add more! 😃 P.S. Need to pay in cash, next to the road, you need to find a parking space by yourself
I think this place is great, although, I'm a novice with ramen. The cook is legit a Japanese guy, he's pretty cool, he speaks pretty good English and Chinese. The menu is in all 3 languages. I don't like pork, so they swap it out for chicken, which is great for me coz otherwise I'd be doing the vego option. I recommend add bamboo and egg. I like the salty ramen, the soy sauce, & the garlic ones best, but that's my western palate, so.... They're open until about midnight, which is awesome for people who work late (like me)
The soup is good, the noodles are delicious, and the point is that the boss is young and stylish.
