The old Hong Kong-style Traditional Dessert Shop is hidden in a corner at YanChengPu Kaohsiung. The decor is very traditional Hong Kong style. We ordered the black sesame paste and almond peanut paste. The paste is very rich, thick, smooth, and not very sweet, just right for me.

Low key traditional dessert shop with a vintage twist!! Awesome tapioca desserts that’ll soothe the summer heat or warm your ice cold hands on a winter day. I had the classic Taro Coconut Tapioca today and was blown away by the quality and flavor of the dessert!! Slightly more pricey than heading to a traditional market but absolutely worth the price. 💯 spot-on with awesome flavor and texture of old school traditional market desserts.
