Excellent steamed dumpling with incredible price. The long cue on an early Sunday evening is a testament of the popularity of this place. One come here not for the environment but the tasty dumplings. We waited about 20 minutes to get a table. The al fresco dinning on a cool breezy evening accentuates the appreciation of steamy dumplings even more! To me streaming is a better way of cooking dumplings since boiling usually dilute the flavors of the dumplings. Their dumpling skins are thin and very Q. The filling is incredibly juicy.... almost melts in your mouth .. very tasty... $55 nt per 10 dumplings... looking forward to coming here again soon.😉🥰

The steamed dumplings (蒸餃) are surprisingly and addictingly delicious coupled with the spicy garlic dip. The dumpling skin is thick and a little hard. It's full of garlic and a few slices of cabbage and includes 10 pieces in a steamer for 60 NTD. You can also choose from three types of soup: hot and sour soup (酸辣湯), tofu/seaweed soup (海帯豆腐湯), and a corn soup (玉米濃湯). The soup goes well with spicy dumplings, and after eating the dumplings, the soup will refresh your tongue.
