Hualien City, Hualien County｜BOSO 飽所

I am so in love with this place. I first went yesterday. The inside is minimalist and relaxing, the owner speaks some English, and English menu is on the way, and the owner is SO SO NICE. It’s also in a pretty, quieter, and slower corner of town. Also there were vegan dessert options which is incredibly hard to find. I got the Tang Yuan shaved ice and absolutely loved the peanut powder on top. New favorite place to get dessert in Hualien for sure.

Cozy and relaxing place for a lunch or afternoon tea time. Clerks are friendly and the food are very delicated and well prepared. Natural ingredients and various categories of vegetables available. Desserts are very tasty too.

Excellent service. Waitress went out of her way to translate their menu for us. Their dishes are quite unique...a hybrid of asian dishes meeting western cuisine. Their black tea...just what I needed.
