I feel new experiences from some remembered ingredients. It is interesting and fun. I collected 1/4 of them. Autumn, looking forward to other seasons. The location of the restaurant is very low-key and hidden in an alley, giving it a sense of mystery. The signboard is not obvious, so it is easy to miss it accidentally. What we enjoyed this time was the spring menu, which included a total of 8 dishes + 2 desserts, all of which were creative dishes inspired by and modified from Taiwanese cuisine. Every dish was delicious, and the three most impressive dishes were pan-fried gentian grouper with pineapple jelly, loofah and clam risotto, and French four-god soup. The chef's homemade pineapple jelly brings a rich fruity aroma to the grouper, and the overall taste is very refreshing. Even family members who don't like fish are full of praise. Luffa and clam risotto uses oats, quinoa and carrots as the main body of the risotto. In addition to being full of nutrition, the refreshing seasoning allows the umami flavors of each ingredient to fully complement each other. The French Sishen Soup uses salty braised small intestines and is topped with a rich soup base made from the Sishen Soup. This traditional snack is transformed into a French soup, which is amazing. The restaurant does not have a very fancy decoration, and the overall design is industrial style. The simple decoration may not look very high-end, but the price is fully reflected in the meals, which is a major advantage for customers who value the quality of their meals. Overall it was a surprising and satisfying dining experience. Looking forward to the winter menu.
