Xinying District, Tainan City｜阿添鵝肉（只提供外帶）

The goose meat is juicy and sweet, the rice blood is soft and tender, and the dried bamboo shoot soup, bean sprouts + leeks are very good, plus I like to eat winter vegetables and noodle soup, it is a perfect match!

One of, if not THE BEST goose place in Taiwan. Alright, I haven't had a lot of geese, but this one I definitely worth checking out. It's just so good.
