Chishang Township, Taitung County｜樂米燒

So good!!! Very unique rice version of typical red bean cakes. Apparently you can’t find this anywhere else in Taiwan.

I ordered black rice mochi and black tea custard, it was super delicious! The black rice inside is very Q, and the visual effect and taste are superb when paired with mochi~~ The other flavor of black tea has a strong aroma, and the custard tastes like it is cooked by yourself, which is different from the taste that is made with powder! The proprietress emphasizes the use of safe ingredients. I really think that a 35 piece is too cheap, and I will try the salty taste next time~

Super tasty dessert in Chishang!!! I was amazed with my first bite, it’s chewy and you can taste the “ rice “ flavour, custard is my favourite. Really recommend to get one after the famous bento box, will definitely pop by every time I’m in Taitung. Loving it!!! Just few blocks away you can get a tasty jucice!!!
