Cheap and delicious

It was the first time I ate shrimp fried rice and I was completely shocked. The shrimps in it only cost 80 yuan for such a large portion. The dumplings are also very good. The dumpling wrapper absorbs the filling and is large and plump. It’s very satisfying to bite into it. I have eaten dumplings for 5 days from Monday to Saturday 🤣 The mushrooms in the mushroom and chicken soup are very big, and the clams in the clam soup are very juicy. As a fellow in the catering industry, I can feel the boss’s intentions. I wish the boss a prosperous business!

2022 4/29 (Friday) Dinner in the evening I ordered fried rice (fried rice with shredded pork), golden sand tofu, garlic white meat, grilled sweet and spicy, grilled chicken skewers, grilled saury, clam soup, and sweet potato chips. Let’s start with the menu photos, it will take some time for Google to update them. Before this, Google map didn’t display the menu, so let’s take a look at my pictures first. ------------Meal review below------------- Fried rice: half good, half bad. What's great is that the seasoning is ok and smooth, not overly salty or overshadowed by a bunch of pepper seasoning. The bad thing is that the fried rice is not fried dry and loose, so there is a lot of room for improvement in the frying skills. A perfect score of 100 would give me a passing grade. ---------------------------------- Jinsha Tofu: The tofu has excellent seasoning and texture, is tender and delicious😀. However, it seems that the pepper and salt seasoning was not sprinkled evenly in some places, resulting in a few bites of tofu served with golden sand, and the umami flavor was somewhat obscured by the pepper seasoning. It's a little pity. A perfect score of 77 out of 100 is given. ----------------------- Garlic white meat: The meat seasoning and sauce are excellent, impeccable. The only thing I can fault is probably that there are too many fat areas 😂😂😂 85 out of 100 ------------------- Grilled sweet and spicy chicken skewers: There's nothing special about whether it's sweet or not, it just tastes like that, skip it (but that doesn't mean it's unpalatable, it's delicious). The chicken skewers are highly recommended. The sauce has a slightly sweet and comfortable texture, not overly sweet like some southern flavors🙃The key point is that it doesn’t taste sticky on the tongue or mushy. The chicken tasted fresh too. I would give the chicken skewers 90 out of 100! ---------------------------------- Grilled saury: highly recommended! Not only is the grilled doneness perfect, but it’s also very fresh and has no fishy smell at all. Every time I go to a grilled seafood store, I basically order grilled fish. On the one hand, it’s to test the grilling skills of the store, and secondly, it’s to test the freshness of the store’s ingredients. . I would give 120 out of 100 ---------------------------------- Ganfen fries: When I looked at the menu before these fries were served, they cost 50 yuan. The first time I thought to myself was: "Damn it! It's a bit expensive💩🥴" I wanted to say that they sell fried fries, so I ordered some fries. Eat and see. As soon as it was served and I took a bite, wow! I covered my eyes, thinking I was eating potato chips🤣🤣🤣But soon I ate the dry and soft mashed potatoes, and I nodded my head without hesitation in the next second😌😌😌 I would give 200 out of 100 points. This French fries really surprised me, so I took my 50 pieces😤😜 ------------------- Clam soup: Since I am dining alone, the picture shows the store preparing one for me. The oysters are fresh and big, and I calculated that the store put a full 12 oysters🔥💪 The disadvantage is that the soup is too salty...just adjust it and it will be perfect 🙂 75 out of 100 ----------------Conclusions below---------------- Based on the overall dining experience, I would give it a 4.5-star rating, with a full score of 83 out of 100, which is remarkable. There are several dishes that stand out. What impresses me about your store is the freshness of the ingredients. This is a conclusion based on my previous quick stir-fry experience.
