Amazing dinner at Archi. Reservations are prioritized for guests staying at The Archipelago Skyline rooms 天際房型 ( 11F - 12F ). Beautiful restaurant, with a special vault leading to the dry age room and a display of the freshest seafood from Yilan for the evening. What I also like about this place is the lighting, it is great for taking food photos. Food is nicely plated, and the medley of flavors for each dish allows the ingredients to shine through. I highly recommend taking the wine pairing, as the wines are unique (like moscato + chardonay blend) and goes very well with the food. Overall, a fantastic experience!
