Zhubei City, Hsinchu County｜中正雞場鹽水雞

Best place for 鹽水雞 in the city! Service is friendly and everything is very fresh with no bones in the chicken. You may have to wait in summer, but its worth the wait. Order with at least a bit of spice for a burst of flavour! I also recommend trying the smoked chicken. Don't forget to pick up some beer on the way home to enjoy with it.
