Shake and Bake cakes are phenomenal: moist, delicately arranged biscuit layers that are not overly sweet, layered with cream that is not too heavy, in just perfectly balanced fusion of flavors! Delightfully decorated with outer layer of chocolate shell, topped with fresh fruit, berries, flowers and other decorations of your choice. I have been looking for a special cake to treat my dear friends in Tainan, a Taiwanese family of three generations, living under one roof. They consider themselves foodies and it’s not easy to impress them. Shake and Bake caramel apple exceeded all their expectations! It was a treat that created an elevated experience that everyone enjoyed tremendously!

This chocolate and cherry cognac concoction of a cake, imaginatively decorated with a honeycomb structured outer chocolate shell with fresh berries on top was a huge hit at our birthday party! Perfectly balanced level of sweetness, light and moist in texture, pure pleasure! It was delivered to Taipei very smoothly! Highly recommended! Thank you, Shake and Bake!
