Zhubei City, Hsinchu County｜黑丸嫩仙草

Nice dessert place with not too sweet options. The man running the place (maybe the owner?) was very nice and flexible about the menu items. Will go back when in Zhubei, but hopefully they will expand and have a branch in Hsinchu.
