Miaoli City, Miaoli County｜淺草 咖哩蛋包

We visited Asakusa Curry for their Curry Omurice and we would definitely recommend people to give it a try. It’s not that crowded during the peak on a weekday, so the ambiance was pretty cozy. The options on the menu were not in a great variety but solid as a curry spot. They served 3 different sauces, 7 entrees and a couple of add-on with different prices. We got their Curry Omurice with Sliced Pork, Cheddar Cream Omurice with Patty and Red Wine Omurice with Karaage. We were impressed by their portion with a reasonable price and the taste was decent. Our favorites were the curry sauce, Karaage and fried imitation crab (+ NT$45). The curry was rich, flavorful and perfectly went with the omelette on top. The karaage and imitation crab were fried perfectly and juicy inside with crispy layer.
