Anping District, Tainan City｜安平-鼎邊銼

Today woke up early to go to the market have the breakfast. We chose this shop to eat. I never had 鼎邊銼in Tainan. The shop is crowded with customers. We ordered 鼎邊銼,海鮮粥 and 肉燥飯加魯蛋. Each meal is yummy and fresh. Actually the 鼎邊銼 is made from rice. Wow, I got new knowledge that I never knew. Highly recommend!!!

Wake up early if and make your way over to PingShung street just near the Traditional Market. This local breakfast is so traditional and simple that it will warm your heart immediately. It’s a clear broth soup with simple flavors but packed with little milk fish filets, clams and rice. Ask for “BUNG TUNG”. We sat next to a true old school “AnPingRen”. Old fisherman that comes and eats the milk fish skin Bung Tung every day. He was 80 but looked 65 at most.

I never thought that the tripod file would be so delicious 🤤It has a crispy texture, and there are many ingredients in it. Squid, oysters, and fried dough sticks are all my favorite ingredients.
