Hengchun Township, Pingtung County｜Siaodu's Steamed Buns

Amazing buns! As a vegan, this place is heaven. There were so many savory and sweet veggie buns to choose from. The shop owner was so friendly and nice! He loaded me up with curry vegetable, mushroom and tofu, taro and black sesame buns! He even gave me a free bun and free soy milk. Highly recommend this place.

The red bean mochi steamed bun is so delicious. They have a good balance of vegetarian and meat options. One of the best 包子 I have eaten in the whom of Taiwan.

Best steamed buns I ever had! The dough is so great and they're really good filled. My favorite is the one with curry vegetables.
