Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜1789 Café Pâtisserie 法式甜點 仁愛店

Visited the café on a Friday morning right at its 11 am opening, marking my first return in over a year. This time, I noticed they've introduced croissants and lemon brioche to their offerings. I opted for the chocolate croissant and the lemon brioche. The croissant was impeccable: crispy on the outside, soft and moist within, exuding a rich buttery aroma with every bite. Unlike many local Taiwanese bakeries that sometimes produce drier pastries, this croissant delivered an authentically French taste, reminiscent of the flavors I experienced abroad. The lemon brioche was equally delightful, and their coffee was also notably good. A must-visit for those seeking genuine French pastry flavors!

It is one of the best pâtisserie shops in Taipei. I will be back for the different dessert for sure.

Here we are again in the other store and lucky, Mrs Owner is in the house! Once again thank you for your hospitality! We try different flavour today and they all very tasty! Loved it!!!
