An elegant pastry shop runned by an amazingly self-taught pastry chef, Cora Hsiao, who is always smily and full of energy. This unique patisserie is known for the best canole in Taiwan, served in various flavour. The classic ones are made by using the top quality vanilla pods and other handpicked ingredients around the world. There are some more creative flavours you may be curious to try, such as the Thai milk tea canole is in brilliant orange color and the Japanese mocha ones in refreshingly green; even the brave choice of salty duck egg yolk which is normally consumed at traditional congee shops as breakfast relish are all wonderful! It is always fun and joyful to try the canole and other carefully handmade french pastry here. Unfortunately, the excellent handmade pastry can be ordered online only, and often sold out in very short time. Or you may keep an eye on its Facebook page for those date of pop-up events which are hold once or twice a month to purchase these delicacy.
