My family and I had a great meal here. The restaurant is completely and truly vegetarian Taiwanese cuisine. (In Taiwan, many restaurants will list food as vegetarian but it will often have pork broth or pork floss, etc in the food for flavoring. I don’t think this is out of maliciousness, just the ubiquity of pork). I am Caucasian but my wife is Taiwanese American and we traveled with my mother-in-law who grew up in Taiwan. I thoroughly enjoyed the food but so did my kids, wife, and my mother in law who is quite a chef herself The sautéed yam leaves were very tasty. The vegetable dumpling skin was nicely prepared. The kids both gave thumbs up to the vegetarian version of Lu Ro Phan (stewed pork with rice). All of us particularly liked the vegetarian version of Niu Ro Mien (Beef Noodle Soup). We got one non spicy and one mildly spicy. The restaurant uses monkey head mushrooms and Brazil nut mushrooms. The broth was delicious as were the mushrooms. The noodles were done up perfectly.

Healthy vegetable food, carefully managed, hygienic and delicious, elegant environment, hiding in alleys, concurrently operating B&B, traveling, listed as an option, the price is fair, and the evaluation is very good.

This vegetarian restaurant serves well prepared Taiwanese vegetarian dishes. Light, hearty and delicious!
