Update - I took the family this time. The curry burger is no longer on the menu so I tried a naan with curry. Which was nice, but needed more chickpeas and veg in the curry sauce. Overall the food was good and fairly light. They’ve stopped asking for the separation of plates to be so exact which is an improvement. A fusion of vegetarian and vegan food that tastes good. I ordered the Indian veg hamburger and upgraded it with with a package that included a black or green tea and a portion of fries. To be honest I’m not a vegetarian but the burger was pretty good. Interesting curry flavours combined with plenty of salad plus some fried sweet potatoes. If I’m honest the slightly sweet sauce used in both the burger and with the salad got far too much after a while so maybe a different sharper sauce with the salad. It’s one of those places that is a mix of self service and service. There were far more bored staff than diners and it felt that it had gone a little too far when the dirty plates had to be separated into the correct section for the 10 styles/sizes used. It would also have been nice for them to have introduced the place to get water, sauce, cutlery etc when I went to the counter to order. Generally the food was good, the choice on the menu interesting (inc naan bread) and I think that this would be a good place to go if you want vegetarian, but want to try eat something different. Note that there are power outlets here so it might be a nice place to work or study between meal times.
