The last two negative reviews made me reluctant to come here. However, this place was quite cool and the staff were very friendly. The lady, Henna and chaochan, helped us a lot find some good restaurants and pubs nearby. We drank 4 big bottles of Taiwan beer and paid twd 720. The bartender even refused to be tipped. No scam or ripped off when I came here last night.
