Salmon quiche (120 ntd) was freshly topped with a splash of olive oil, oregano and a pinch of salt right before it was served. Probably one of the best quiche I’ve ever had! It’s so nice to have a decent french bakery near campus, definitely coming back to try out more quiches 🥹❤️

I come here often for their god-tier lemon tart (with visible vanilla flecks in the cream) and their salmon quiche. The price is also extremely reasonable. My only “issue” is that it’s not a restaurant /cafe because it definitely would do well in gongguan!

This beautiful salmon quiche (with carrots and tomato) plus a smaller lemon tart for just 210 NTD--a steal! So cheap. He tops the salmon quiche with oregano, lotsa olive oil, a little salt. Yum. I brought the quiche home for late lunch and made a quick salad to balance the richness. Excited to try the lemon tart for dessert later. And strawberry tarts in the future. Luckily I live nearby, and I'm definitely going to serve these to guests ^^
