The fried taro balls filled with pork floss and salted egg yolk taste pretty nice. Such a creative combination! Not only these balls can make you feel happily full, but also they will make your wallet happy as they are very cheap, only 30nt/ each. If buy more from 4 and above, it will be 25/ each. There is always long line for this dish but the line moves pretty fast! Definitely worth the wait and deserve the hype!

This stall in Ning Xia Night Market really deserves it Bib Gourmand award. I especially like the yam balls with yolk. As you can see from the video, a large ball of yam is used to plaster half a yolk and strands of pork floss. And then deep fried to a perfect golden brown. The queue can be quite crazy so my advice is to come before or after lunch and dinner times.

The combination of fried taro balls here is interesting to me, they filled the ball with egg York and pork floss and perfectly fried the ball. The taste is good when it's still hot
