I recently discovered the most amazing ice cream shop in Taipei - Lady Chef! From the moment I stepped inside and sampled their unique flavors, I knew this was no ordinary ice cream parlor. They offer some of the most creative and delicious ice cream flavors I have ever tried. The roasted black tea flavor is deep and aromatic with the perfect amount of balance and the creaminess. The pomelo Jin Xuan tea flavor is so refreshing with its citrus notes and floral aroma. Even their classic pistachio tastes far superior to any other ice cream I've tried in Taipei. Beyond using premium ingredients, it's clear that Lady Chef has an artful approach to making ice cream. The textures are smooth and creamy without being heavy or overly rich. The flavors are bold yet perfectly balanced. It's some of the best ice cream I’ve had anywhere in the world! From the friendly staff (I believed it to be the mom of the Chef) to the cozy charming decor, everything about this places comes together to create an ultimate ice cream experience. If you love unique artisanal flavors made with high quality ingredients, this is absolutely the best ice cream shop in the area.
